We were looking for a single-serve brewer that uses our own grounds and found this. It has many brew choices and the single-serve side brews quickly even on bold. The full pot side makes good coffee, not colored water. The carafe has no leaks and pours easily. Very satisfied.
Using this every day for five months. I love the versatility — full pot when needed, single cup when not. The Auto Pause & Pour feature gets more use than I expected. Controls are straightforward and the black finish looks clean. Coffee tastes well-brewed and flavorful.

Good dual-serve machine for the money. The grinds-only single side is easier to use than the old K-Cup version and saves on plastic waste. It brews hot and functions well. The heating element runs hot enough to burn leftover coffee, so don't leave it unattended too long.
Love this coffee pot! Works great and the color is fun. I can make both a cup and a pot. The single cup takes about 3-4 minutes but both sides brew very hot. Came from a Nespresso pod machine and appreciate not needing to buy pods anymore.
